Villa Samokov is owned and run by three Brits, Denise, Peter and Chris.

The property was aquired in 2005 and extensively modernised in prepartion for the 2005/6 ski
season.

The property is managed by Promanser whose employee Leda takes care of the property on a day by
day basis and looks after our guests during their stay.

We have many friends in the town of Samokov who offer a variety of services and assistance to our guests including transport and ski equipment rentals.

The property has been running successfully for 3 ski seasons and has accommodated approx 180 guests with many of those people returning year on year.

We regularly visit the property for holidays, to carry out any remedial work and to
make additions to the property which we hope add to the Villa's homeliness.

We have all enjoyed our Bulgarian experience which has introduced us to a very different European
culture as well as the out-doors mountains way of life.
